28 Nov 2010. Monterey Park, CA — Just a few shots of the holiday kids before drawing the piñata and hitting the road. Thanks to Herbert for holding it up!

We capped the memorable long weekend in So. Cal. with an indulgent seafood lunch at Boiling Crab. We could not take pictures during the meal because we were eating with our bare hands! Love it.

27 Nov 2010. Monterey Park, CA — The raining Saturday evening did not weather us down! The children were in their holiday costumes and they danced and played games, the grown ups cheered on, and we all sang our Christmas carols. The best part is we got a visit from Santa! Seems like Santa always knows were we are this time of the year. What’s worth mentioning was the surprise number presented by ninang Lally and her god children as choreographed by Simon! Merry Christmas to all of you!

26 Nov 2010. Monterey Park, CA — The Day After Thanksgiving, better known as Black Friday, was spent on catching up with Christmas gifts. Most of us went to the Cabazon factory outlets, while some of us stayed behind to play with the kids. The day was capped off with a Chinese food dinner.

25 Nov 2010. Monterey Park, CA — This year’s KiNZe Thanksgiving was celebrated at the new Joven residence. A lot of things happened this year and we all shared a prayer of thanksgiving for all these. Many thanks to Rachel, Mike, Emily, and Ethan for opening up your home to us. We particularly like the Tur-duck-hen and the spiral cut ham. We would also like to thank (and welcome back) the Orbes — Jun, Annette, and Simon — for the delicious seafood paella and the bruschetta and many more. Many thanks also to Herbert, Lally, Caloi, Liza, Erin, and Alie, for being there to celebrate with us.

13 June 2010. South San Francisco, CA — We joined the Lacambras with family and friends in welcoming the newest member of the Church: Natalie Therese “Alie” D. Lacambra. The baptism proper at Mater Dolorosa Parish Church highlighted the event. A simple reception followed afterwards. We had a good attendance. Many thanks to Dan for taking the pictures! We would also like to thank Mike and Chel for bringing Emily and Ethan over here. It was a long drive from SoCal, but the kids were so happy to see each other again. Thanks to Ninang Annette, Ninang Nini, Ninong JunJun, Lally, Tateng, Yoly, Allan, Etchel, Bea, David, Isabella, Andre, and Rory for attending! To family — Mama Minda, Boochie, Ida, Elijah, and Joshua, thanks for being there! Special thanks to all our friends who graced our celebration. And most of all, thank you to Ninong Albert, Ninang Lani, April, AJ, and Adrienne.

27 Nov 2009. South San Francisco, CA — A scrumptious Christmas dinner topped with a game of Hip-Hip-Hooray, Christmas carol singing, and another surprise visit from Santa Claus! Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!
